Our company was founded in 1999 on the idea of bringing our expertise to a wider range of clients, especially those that prefer working with a small, nimble and high-touch organization. Ever since our organization was established, we have endeavored to provide the level of service that we ourselves expect. It means you'll have your calls answered and messages returned promptly. On occassion, it also means  declining an engagement as we will not over-sell our services or our skills. Financial Consulting Services are provided in the following areas:

   1. Commercial banking services including third-party loan underwriting,  

       credit review and loan policy review and development.

   2. Problem loan and asset management/resolution.

   3. Expert witness services for attorneys litigating banking-related matters

       including both complete expert witness report and testimony as well as

       consulting with other experts on specific matters within a larger case.

   4. Bankruptcy plan feasibility.

   5. Informal mediation.

Marketing Consulting Services are provided in the following areas:

   1. Sales and Marketing including new product introduction, revitalized  

       positioning for existing products and review of existing marketing and

       sales programs.

   2. Sales Management , primarily in the areas of sales force acquisition and

       training specific to your products and services.

   3. Event Planning and Management including event design, staffing, vendor

       and talent acquisition and liquor licensing.
